Hammars Ocean Tonic Lemon and Citrus Thyme 25 cl 24 pcs is the latest addition to Hammars Bryggeri's mixer series - Ocean Tonic. As with all their drinks, taste comes first, and Ocean is no exception.

The brewery has spent over a year on flavor development and design, tried it together with countless amounts of Gin and finally found a fantastic flavor profile.

As usual, Hammars works on a small scale and mixes each batch by hand with its home-cooked syrup and the crystal-clear water from Lake Vättern.

The combination of lemon zest and lemon thyme brings to mind the Mediterranean Sea and its turquoise waters. A lower quinine content makes the tonic perfect for mixing with most modern gins, e.g. Hendrick's, Gin Mare or Lydén's.

Even before launch, Tonic has been awarded the highest award in The Spirits Business awards 2023 - Master.

Hammars Bryggeri is a family-owned Swedish brewery located in Hammar, outside Askersund in Närke. The brewery is best known for its classic soft drink production with nostalgic flavors and retro design, but also produces mineral water, must, tonic, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Hammars Bryggeri represents traditional craftsmanship, carefully selected ingredients, and genuine Swedish beverage culture.

The range includes popular classics such as Hammars Tonic, Hammars Club Soda, Hammars Ocean Tonic Lemon and Citrus Thyme, Hammars Tonic Elderflower Power, and Hammars Pink Tonic Grapefruit & Hibiscus.

Hammars Bryggeri was founded in 1904 by Ernst Erlandsson, making it one of Sweden’s oldest operating breweries in its category. It began as a small local brewery, but thanks to high quality and strong local ties, it gradually grew.

Over the years, the brewery has continued to produce using traditional methods, but with modern hygiene and technology. During the 20th century, many small breweries disappeared or were acquired by larger companies, but Hammars has managed to remain independent. Today, it is run by the fourth generation of the family, who continue to invest in artisanal production and small-scale operations.
