Optimal temperature in the freezer is between -12 and -14 degrees Celsius
Use warm water to slow down the freezing process
Filter the water when different water qualities occur
Clean the ice mold before using it
Leave the ice mold in the freezer for at least 16 hours

Husk å ta ut isen før den begynner å løfte seg for mye ut av isoporen. Når isen under formen har frosset blir det langt vanskeligere å få ut isterningene.
