Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to business customers or orders that are custom-made for the customer.
