Chips for Negroni - Juniper, Pomeranian peel, Cassia 50 g that Ö chips on Gotland developed together with Katherine Bont at Punk Royale as Negroni is her favorite drink which is perfect to enjoy together with these bitter and sweet chips.

The chips have the taste of juniper which gives the clear bitterness while the Pomeranian peel gives a fruity and sweet tone which is then rounded off with a spiciness from Cassia cinnamon.

Ingredients
