Wooden stand for Kwak glass (without glass). This classic Belgian with its distinctive glass is a real classic. The design of the glass is unique as it has a completely round bottom and a very narrow neck, and it stands in a wooden stand.
The concept comes from Kwak's inventor, Pauwel Kwak, who brewed a beer for the drivers in Belgium. To prevent the beer from spilling out during the frothy rides, this special beer glass was designed, simply so that it could hang directly on the cab.
Eventually, the "nice people" who rode as passengers heard about the tasty beer Kwak that the drivers swallowed. They also wanted, so a wooden stand had to be constructed to be able to drink Kwak inside the cart! (Without sweeping then of course!)
The stand does not fit and must not be used with Kwak’s new beer glass with a flat base.
