Leroy Mild Blond low alcohol beer 1,8% 33 cl crammed with taste but almost without alcohol. Thanks to this, it is easy to be fooled that it contains more than the modest 1.8%. The beer is beautifully golden in color and with a fluffy white foam. It is a wonderful thirst quencher for those who want to stay clear in the head but also a magnificent food beer. The beer is wonderfully pearly on the tongue, it is relatively dry with a slight fruitiness and freshness that is also reflected in the aroma.
Leroy Mild Blonde is suitable for most things in seafood. The beer is also like the hand to the glove if it is drunk together with a little spicier food.
Leroy is a family brewery founded as early as 1720. It is beautifully situated in the dormant village of Boezinge in West Flanders, Belgium. This is where the final battles of the First World War took place and there are lots of war monuments but also the largest of Belgium's hop plantations. The brewery has been working through marriage and inheritance for several decades back under the name Het Sas (now Leroy Breweries) together with another traditional brewery called Van Eecke, which in turn was founded in 1862.
