Drink tip – Flaming Monkey Punch (for 1 glass):
4 cl dark rum
2 cl overproof rum (for flaming)
3 cl pineapple juice
2 cl orange juice
1 cl lime juice
1 cl sugar syrup
Shake all ingredients except the overproof rum with ice and strain into the mug filled with crushed ice. Carefully pour the strong rum on top and ignite for a spectacular presentation. Garnish with mint, fruit, or a lime wedge.
