Tips on a refreshing drink for this glass: Mash cucumber slices in a shaker. Then add ice, 2 cl grapefruit juice and 4 cl gin. Shake vigorously. Strain the drink and pour into the glass. Top up with 2 cl Schweppes Ginger Ale.
